About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

In December 2024, the Premier of Victoria, Jacinta Allan, announced a Multicultural Review to strengthen social cohesion and ensure all Victorians are supported, empowered and feel that they belong in our rich multicultural state.

The Review is being led by George Lekakis AO, a respected multicultural leader, and is being supported by a targeted advisory group of community experts, including Hass Delal AO, Carmel Guerra OAM, Miriam Suss OAM and Mark Duckworth PSM.

The review will provide recommendations to the Victorian Government to ensure Victoria’s policies, institutions and programs better reflect and support the needs of our multicultural and multifaith communities, now and into the future.

We encourage multicultural Victorians to take part in the review by participating in this consultation sessions.
