Take your doggies out on a venture around Brunswick’s dog-friendly bars! Hang out with other dog lovers as you explore local haunts, and turn an ordinary Sunday arvo into a fun day out.
Venues will range between a brewery, a modern pub with a large beer garden, to prominent live music venue. Total walking distance is approximately 1.4k.
Meet with the group inside Co-conspirators Brewing Pub
1st stop - co-conspirator brewing pub. Ample selections of craft beers from the tap or even wine & cider will be available at a discounted price for our crew at this independent craft brewery.
The brewery will also give an introduction of what they’re about. There will also be Spent Grain Dog Treats from the brewery for all puppy pub crawl doggos.
2nd stop – Retreat Hotel. A home to Brunswick’s best live music, Retreat Hotel has three bar sections: Amelia Shaw cocktail bar, the main bar and a large beer garden courtyard. We can relax at their beer garden while our doggies enjoy a special non-alcoholic treat made exclusively by the Hotel bartender – Doggie Beef Martinis!
Our group will also be served nosh to munch on while sipping on our drinks ( rotating between Bruschettas OR jalapeno mac & cheese OR housemade lentil-walnut-mushroom 'sausage rolls' with tomato relish (vg) )
3rd stop - Hotel Railway Brunswick. The newly renovated Hotel is beautiful, modern, and have a chic ambience in their large beer garden. Perfect for our dogs to relax.
Hotel Railway Brunswick head chef offers our group a small tasting platter of their favourite sharing dishes on arrival. The platter is seasonal, an example of the current platter contains crispy sumac squid, fried cauliflower bites, leek croquettes and pork belly skewers. A showcase to try a bit of mediterranean flavours from their new kitchen.
Hotel Railway has an extensive list of tap beers, cocktails and mocktails, wines so you will certainly find a drink that tickles your buds.
Hang out with other dog lovers while your pups receive special treats visiting some of Brunswick’s local haunts.
