BUDDHADATTA

Buddhadatta are a hard-hitting trio fusing tribal rhythms, mystical energy, and raw punk power. Their sound has packed venues across the globe, igniting crowds with their high-voltage, danceable tracks and explosive live shows. Straight from Japan, this noise-punk force delivers a progressive twist on Japanese tribal rock, layered with Buddhist themes and mind-bending harmonic overtones.

Led by Voglibonze (Nagoya) on guitar, with Seikoro Seiko’s fierce basslines and Takami Osono’s thunderous drumming (both from Osaka), Buddhadatta are a staple of the Japanese live scene, known for their unapologetically loud, vibrant sound. Now, they’re set to break global barriers.

For the punk history buffs, Voglibonze plays alongside Atsushi Tsuyama, an original member of Acid Mothers Temple. Takami, once the driving beat of ’80s punk legends Continental Kids, joins Seikoro, who’s famous in Osaka for her killer bass style and electric stage energy.

In short, Buddhadatta are punk legends on a mission to bring their radical, fresh sound to the world stage.

Nonsense punk band with plenty of attitude, The Crets don’t take anything too seriously. Hailing from the glorious Coffs Coast, they mix crunchy guitar with upbeat drumming, fuzzy bass and a touch of kazoo to top it all off. Their songs take you on journeys that make so little sense they feel like dreams, signature Crets storytelling. With an explosive live show, and a passion for spreading misinformation (responsibly of course), The Crets never fail to put a smile on your face.🤟
