Curious about how to build your own AI applications but not sure where to start? This hands-on workshop shows you how to build a fully functional AI app—even if you have no technical background. In just 60 minutes, you’ll learn to create either:
- An AI chatbot
Design a customised AI assistant to handle questions, provide advice, and offer on-demand learning in your chosen niche.
- An engaging landing page
Test your startup ideas: quickly develop and publish a polished landing page to gather user feedback and showcase your ideas.
Not sure what to build? Don't worry, we'll give you an idea!
Throughout the session, we’ll introduce you to a range of AI and development tools, including JDoodle.ai, Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenAI, AIDER, and more. You’ll also discover effective ways to:
- Integrate AI capabilities into your projects (for free)
- Rapidly prototype and test your startup concepts
- Write great prompts for AI tools like ChatGPT and DeepSeek
- Deploy your ideas to gather real-world feedback
Please bring a laptop with internet access so you can follow along with the demos and maximize your workshop experience. You will be able to use UNSW WIFI.
