Bundy Picnic

To celebrate the beginning of spring, we are getting together for a picnic at Bundoora Campus. Aside from having some nibbles here and there, we’ll also be sharing stories of adapting to Australia as international students and exchanging tips on how to cope with culture shock.

What to expect at our picnic?

- Delicious food (vegan/vego options included!) 🍩

- Stories from international students

- Meeting other amazing students and having a good time!

- The opportunity to meet our friendly International Student Peer Support team

Our International Student Peer Support Team will be there to facilitate chatting and promote connections. They are current international students at RMIT who can lend you a supportive ear whenever you need. They can offer guidance on:

> Mental wellbeing

> Relationships and social skills

> Overcoming homesickness

> Confidence and empowerment

> Family expectations or pressures

> Stress management

> How and where to get professional support for your mental health and wellbeing

And anything else you would like to talk about 😊

Please feel free to bring your portable speakers or musical instruments!

Join us to share your experiences and talk about adapting to Australia. This is also a great opportunity to connect with other international students.
