BYO Art Studio

The Thirdspace art studio will be open once a fortnight for you to bring your own materials* (whether it's watercolour, acrylics, charcoal, drawing, pastels, clay or anything else) and join a community of creatives to make, share and engage with each other's work.

This workshop is ideal for artists, those who have participated in our art classes or beginners looking to explore and connect with like-minded individuals.

Please note: This is a self-managed program. We provide the space for you to create and self-direct your art. *Limited materials may be provided.

Program dates: This program meets fortnightly on Fridays from 9.30am to 12pm, commencing Friday 14 February 2025 (except on public holidays). You must book in for each session you wish to attend. Bookings will open two weeks prior to each session.

• You must be a Library member to attend. Library membership is free and you can sign up at any branch or online today.
• Bookings are essential and spaces are limited.
• Participants must bring their own art materials, i.e. acrylics, charcoal, pastels etc.
• If you are unable to attend the session, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible.
• The ticket is not transferable.
• Patrons who fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions set out above will have their tickets cancelled.
• Your attendance at events supported by Randwick City Council may be digitally recorded through photographs and/or video recordings. Images may be used for promotional purposes on council's websites, publications, social media or by newspapers. By attending this session you agree to these terms. If you do not wish your image to be published, please notify staff before the event.
