This workshop will reveal the steps you need to take to preserve the wisdom and knowledge of the cooks that inspire you, and capture the precious memories associated with them and their recipes.

South Australian author and community food historian Liz Harfull has written three books capturing home cooking traditions and recipes. Now recognised as a classic, her first book about country shows and show cooking traditions became a surprise bestseller, inspiring a new generation of bakers and preservers.
