This can be particularly challenging when you're caring for a loved one with mental illness. Setting and maintaining healthy boundaries is important for your wellbeing and relationships. At this workshop, you will learn about different kinds of boundaries, how to decide what your boundaries are based on your values, and practical ways in which you can establish and maintain healthy boundaries in your relationships.
