What If There's Not Enough Attendees?

Please, I drain my bank account to spend an eye watering amount on weekly ads, there’s always plenty of people

Do Events Get Cancelled?

We don’t cancel events, check our Instagram @speeddatingsocials our events are epic, full, fun and pumping. We bring it each and every time

Is It Okay To Be Older or Younger?

As mentioned in the description, there’s a 2 year tolerance either side of the age bracket. That’s +/- 2 years is okay

Are There Equal Ratios?

Of course, we always book equal 50:50 ratios. That’s why there’s a limited amount of both Male/Female tickets

Refund Policy

To maintain ratios and make sure events are full, there’s no refunds – If you give us minimum 7 days warning before an event, by our email matches@speeddatingsocial.com (not social media DMs) and if it’s agreed upon, then we can transfer your ticket to another posted event

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, if you can’t make it you can transfer your ticket to a friend, providing they are the same gender and age range that you booked for.

How do I get matches?

On the night simply scan into our QR Code to access our Matching App 4.0. From there just tick Match or Friend on as many or as few people as you like. At 8 am the next day our matching platform will email and text you the contact details of everyone who selected you.

What If I'm nervous or it's my first time?

That's normal, we're all in the same boat. That's why speed dating is an easy way to be introduced to just one new person at a time. You can easily chat for 5mins and have fun while meeting new people.

What if I don't get matches?

During last years 476 events, 94% of our attendees got at least 1 phone number the next day. And besides the matching process is anonymous. Yes there's risk in everything you do, but meeting 12 - 17 singles in 1 night is your best chance to meet someone.
