We warmly invite you to join us as we celebrate our collection through exhibitions Like New and BARRAY Story Country: Uncle Jim Ridgeway.


Be guided in a curator’s tour of the exhibitions with Renae Lamb and Jasmine Kean from 5pm. Enjoy a selection of wines by Ernst Hill Wines with a complimentary grazing table.


BARRAY Story Country: Uncle Jim Ridgeway presents paintings and ceramics by the late Uncle Jim Ridgeway, which show entrusted stories and trace the artist’s connection to Country (Barray).

Like New brings together works from the visual arts collection held at the MAC yapang and includes work by Bridget Hillebrand, Ian Strange, Jill Crossley, Jodie Reynolds, Ken Unsworth, Lottie Consalvo, Maddison Gibbs, Maria Fernanda Cardoso, Marlene Houston, Peter Gardiner, Shaun Allen (Shal), Thomas Gleghorn, Tim Georgeson, Tim Storrier, Vipoo Srivilasa and Wendy Sharpe.

Also on display Yuan Liu, Sand Chronicals, a series of work in response to Tim Storrier's 1985 painting Poet.
