Children's Storytime and Book Launch with Annaleise Byrd

Join us in celebrating two wonderful books at two wonderful events back-to-back with Brisbane-based children's author, Annaleise Byrd.

At 11am come along to the storytime launch of You Are Not a Pup! an exuberant picture book by Annaleise Byrd and Sandra de la Prada. It's a hilarious cautionary tale with a generous splash of chaos and silliness perfect for kids aged 3 and up.

At 11.30 am you're invited to a fun, free, family-friendly event to celebrate the launch of Down the Plot Hole. There'll be a Q&A session with emcee Joanna Wisbey, a book reading... and a few surprises!

Down the Plot Hole, the sequel to Losing the Plot, is a humorous adventure story set in the world of Grimms' original fairytales, perfect for readers aged 8 and up. (The launch will feature both books, so it doesn’t matter if attendees aren’t yet familiar with the series.)

These are free events and participants of all ages are welcome. You are welcome to come to either session separately or stay for both!
