Bookings can be made via Eventbrite
Tables are seated in groups of 10. With a minimum of 10 people required to secure a private table. Individual booking and smaller groups will be seated together to make up a table of 10. Table configurations cannot be guaranteed, and are subject to change.
Groups looking to purchase their tickets individually are required to share the same company or group name. Without this information, we cannot guarantee you will be seated together.
In the instance of unforeseen circumstances the Hotel reserves the right to transfer to another venue. The group contact person will be informed in advance. No monetary compensation will be offered.
Included in the ticket price is a cocktail on arrival, 4 course dinner with alternate drop entrée and main, 4.5 hours premium drinks package, and entertainment by the party bands Purple Monkey on 30/11 and 07/12, and SUBSTANCE on 14/12. Plus a FREE Santa photo, that we’ll email to you.
All guests must present a ticket to gain entry to the show. (Electronic or hard copy)
All guests attending the show must be aged 18 years and over. Valid identification must be provided upon entry to the show.

Tickets will state the company or group name, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
All deposits, payments and tickets are strictly non-refundable and under no circumstances will refunds be issued. In the instance of a reduction in numbers, any payments already made will be forfeited and are not able to be used to offset other costs.
The dress code for the evening is Cocktail. Dress jeans are acceptable.
You will be allowed entrance to the Ballroom from 7pm. If you arrive earlier you are welcome to wait in Sebastyan’s Bar located on the ground floor.
The show formally finishes at 11:30pm, however the band may elect to continue beyond this time. The beverage package will cease being served at 11:30pm.
Public transport is readily available and within a short distance from the Hotel Grand Chancellor.
No external food or beverage is permitted within the event.

A professional photographer will be present at our Christmas shows. If you prefer not to be photographed or have any concerns, kindly inform our staff as soon as possible. We value your privacy and will accommodate your preferences.
By attending the event, you agree to all photos being shared with the event attendees and we may use photos for marketing purposes going forward. Thank you for your understanding. Santa photos are optional and at the discretion of guests.
We cater to most of the dietary requirements if known before. Dietary requirements must be provided at least 14 days prior to the event (full name, table or company name, dietary requirement).
