Is the event outdoors or undercover

This event is held on a concrete area and is outdoors. Please bring what you need to be sun-smart, hydrated and/or covered from the elements. Footwear is essential.

Is the area wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the outdoor area is flat and easily accessible via both entrances for stalls and for patrons.

Do you have marquees and tables for me?

No. Sadly, I organise this event as a love project, so please bring all your own items to make your Stall amazing!

Can I bring my dog?

You absolutely can - please follow the usual doggo etiquette

What is your refund policy?

Cancellation sent to us via email 1-month or more from the event will recieve a full refund. If you cancel within the 1-month period we will issue 50% refund until your spot if filled by another stall. Any cancellations on the day of the event OR within 78 hours will not be refunded.

Can I share the event on Facebook and Instagram

In my experience, the more the event is shared, liked and commented on - the more people see it. It is your businesses that needs the foot traffic, so we love to encourage a community effort to share the event and make sure many eyes see the event is on.

Do I need insurance?

You will need to provide your own Public Liability Insurance, and other relevant insurances based on your Stall. Sending these via email is sufficient.
