The meeting and registration point is the McCrae Rotunda, located on the foreshore directly opposite Coburn Avenue. There is a toilet near the McCrae lighthouse to the west, and also a short way along the Bay Trail to the east. Both have disabled access.
Please bring a water bottle, closed comfortable footwear and appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.
Please note the following:
- Bookings are essential.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- The event may be cancelled at the last minute due to extreme weather conditions.
- You will be advised by text if the event is cancelled.
- In the event that your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite so that we are aware and do not hold up the event waiting for you to arrive.
- Photographs will be taken at the event. If you or your child do not wish to be photographed please confirm this on registration at the event.
