About this event

Join us as we celebrate the launch of a new, co-designed podcast.

On the Same Wavelength is a new, six-episode podcast focusing on how we can improve outcomes for people living with complex mental health in Australia, by understanding and reducing stigma. Each episode, hear from real people who share their experience, along with other experts in the fields of mental health, service delivery, and stigma reduction. Each episode is honest, confronting, but hopeful.

To launch the podcast, Melbourne University researcher Elise Carrotte will present the fascinating research behind the creation of the podcast. She will then be joined by a panel of SANE Peer Ambassadors involved in the podcast, to speak about their experience of personal storytelling and the co-design process.

Refreshments will be served following the panel discussion.

Tickets are strictly limited and registration is essential.

This podcast was created in collaboration between the University of Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences, and SANE, Australia’s leading national mental health organisation for people with complex mental health needs, with the support of the Paul Ramsay Foundation.
