About Sergio Londono:
Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Sergio brings over 12 years of hands-on experience in the specialty coffee industry. A skilled barista, roaster, and certified Arabica Q Grader, Sergio’s passion for coffee runs deep. He owns a coffee shop and manages a farm in Colombia’s world-famous Coffee Triangle, where he is committed to cultivating exceptional coffees that reflect the richness and diversity of the land.

Now working with Jack Murat Coffee in Australia, Sergio brings his expertise to the Australian landscape helping shape a new narrative for homegrown specialty coffee. With a strong focus on quality, and connection from farm to cup, Sergio exemplifies what it means to take pride in every step of the coffee journey.
