Attending the clinic: Residents who have made a booking must attend the clinic by no later than 15 minutes prior to the clinic closing time.

Frequently asked questions
Bookings are required for all vaccination clinics. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins.
If more than one person is needing a vaccination you will need to make a separate booking for them. A parent or carer can make a booking on behalf of a child or a person in their care.
While making a booking you will be asked to provide details of the person who will be vaccinated (name, date of birth, pregnancy status etc).
You need to bring a completed consent card and present it to staff upon arrival at the clinic. Links to the consent cards can be found in the event details above or in your ticket confirmation.
If you are no longer able to attend a clinic, cancel your booking via Eventbrite. You can find the link in your ticket confirmation or via your Eventbrite account. Cancelling your booking allows anyone on a waitlist to be able to attend.
