  • Employers must provide training to assist employees in managing mental health crises
  • in the workplace, offering initial, informal support.
  • Work Health & Safety Act 2011:

  • diligence, including understanding health and safety matters, identifying risks, and
  • ensuring resources are in place to mitigate these risks.
