Connect + Create with Drawing Yoga

Use movement to guide and express your inner creative in this special drawing yoga workshop, a part of the Wellness Wander event.

This class incorporates gentle movement, playfulness, relaxation + drawing, all taking place in the newly redeveloped Blanket Building at Fabrik.

A perfect way to start the day, with expert tuition, all yoga and art materials provided by delightful Tammy Pahl of Blooming Hearts Yoga.

No previous yoga or creative experience necessary.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and be prepared to get a bit grubby! Please also bring along a filled water bottle in case you get thirsty.

This workshop will take place in the sunny Upper Workspace in Fabrik's Blanket Building, accessible via both stairs or a lift.

On arrival please make your way to our new Main Entry Pavilion, where we will greet and direct you to the Drawing Yoga space.
