Many athletes find it easy to commit to their physical training, all the discomforts associated with it. However, they feel that their mind is what lets them down.

Yes, absolutely! This seminar looks at anxiety in the context of performance and how we can make it work for you individually, rather than generalised anxiety that occurs in daily life, rather than when you are preparing for an event.

Do I have to be competing or have competed to attend this?

Not at all - performance anxiety can occur across many contexts, including employment, academia, sports, and at many levels of performance. This seminar can be helpful for you even if you don't identify as a high-performing athlete.

Are there any prerequisites for attending this seminar?

No prior knowledge or experience is required. The seminar is designed for individuals of all levels who are interested in learning more about managing performance anxiety.

What should I bring to the seminar?

Please bring a notebook and pen for taking notes. If you have any specific questions or scenarios you’d like to discuss, feel free to bring those as well.
