The Welcome is highly regarded for their steaks and roasts, as well as their comittment to quality. While Coopers have been crafting their beloved Vintage Ale since 1998.

On Thursday the 24th of October during Sydney Beer Week the Welcome Hotel will be showcasing Coopers Vintage Ale, with both the new 2024 and 2018 release on tap, expertly matched with a selection of dry-aged meats hand selected by chef James Ayling.
