Most Saturday mornings you'll find a team of Carers & Repairers down at the Library of Stuff share shed. Keeping our stuff of over 1000 items in sharable condition takes a village! That's why we are a Co op.
THIS SATURDAY CARE & REPAIR 'BEE involves all of the DIY Tools in our Inventory and is lead by our Maintenance Manager, Pete Gibney. Please arrive at 8.15 for an 8.30 start. The activities for the 2.5 hour session will be explained at 8.30 and it will be a pain if Pete has to repeat himself to latecomers and stop what he's doing to do so.
Members register for activities like these on Saturday mornings to cover their time commitment of 5 hours per month. This dedication ensures our sharing can support local schools and non profit orgs and their events (these lenders do not need to give time in return for borrowing). Members also get access to borrow items from the Library's inventory for their own personal use:)
This is a free event but registration is essential.
