Cathy Ward is the owner of Supporting Dreams. After overcoming profound challenges of heartbreak, loss, trauma, and deep grief she has transformed her pain into purpose. Through years of healing and self-discovery, she now dedicates herself to guiding others on their own journeys. As a restorative breathwork, 9D breathwork, cold plunge and Reiki facilitator, she creates a powerful space for transformation in her beautiful Studio, offering a sanctuary for deep healing and renewal. She is committed to fostering wellness in the body, mind, and spirit.

Carly Thorpe is the owner of Telluric Touch Therapies, which she has been running for the past 8 years, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. She holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage, is a Certified Pregnancy Therapist and a Reiki Healer. Aside from her joy of being a mother to two girls and two stepchildren, Carly is passionate about helping women from all walks of life reconnect with their bodies and find peace within themselves. Her work extends beyond physical repair, she also focuses on rebalancing energy, leaving clients feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply restored. Carly has a particular interest in supporting individuals and couples who are seeking to reconnect with themselves and each other. Following the end of her marriage, she became dedicated to doing the inner work to know herself more deeply. This journey of self-awareness has fueled her commitment to helping others foster meaningful, connected, and fulfilling relationships. In the Couples Connection Workshop, she blends her professional expertise with her personal insights, offering simple yet powerful massage techniques to help partners nurture intimacy, communication, and lasting connection.
