Arm balances are exhilarating and empowering but, sometimes, a little scary too!


In this workshop, we will find the courage to lift our feet off the ground and discover lightness by breaking down postures into a step-by-step progression. From crow pose to handstands, we will explore different variations and ways of making going upside down more approachable wherever you're at. 


All levels are welcome. 

This workshop is part of the Ashtanga Mysore Intensive & Workshops with Meghan Powell, but you do not need to be enrolled in the intensive to participate.
