Sioban trained as a chef under Neil Perry and worked at Martin Boetz’s Longrain Thai restaurant in Sydney before moving to Tuscany in 2001, where she lived and worked as a chef. Since 2012, Sioban has divided her time between Margaret River, Western Australia, where she owns and operates Wildwood Valley Cottage and cooking school, and Tuscany, where she conducts small, personalized weekly tours.
Sioban is known for her exceptional food service and hospitality, both in her Australian accommodation and cooking schools and during her Tuscan tours. In "Creative Canapés," she shares some of her favourite canapé recipes.
