We’re going to start off with some introductions all round. Once we’re done doing that, we will ask each of you about your learning objectives for this workshop. That way we can set yourself up for a successful experience.
Topics covered in this course
The Problem Solving Method
The session will help participants jump-start their creativity through an understanding of the processes they engage in when solving problems and what’s involved. The session will focus here on defining what a ‘problem’ situation – that is, as a situation that needs solving – entails, and proceed to six ‘steps’ in solving it.
Gathering Information
This session will give a chance to understand problem solving to the people. In the session information wher it comes from, the questions related to problem solving and the techniques to made a mkese of the solving of the problem will be discuss.
A better response
This session will give an opportunuity to understand problem solving .In this session all comes from information where and question are used to diagnice any orginal questions and ways of solving them .
Defining the Problem
Session participants will examine how the resolution of problems relies on the existence of a well-defined problem.
Preparing for Brainstorming
This session if full of insight in to mental blocks that inhibit creativity and includes techniques to overcome them. As well as presenting these techniques there is a section in here with ideas about how to get that creative mind ticking away!
Generating Solutions
Sessions grant participants access to resources and an understanding of how to harness problem-solving techniques. Leverage a few techniques to boost your capacity for finding workable solutions!
Analysing Solutions
This is an experiential learning session designed to get clients thinking and examining what they are doing to address a problem. It helps them break down the broad problem into smaller steps, connect the parts to the whole by relating wants to needs, and develop a plan of action.
Choosing a Solution
In this session participants will become familiar with our methodology and tools to make a selection,such as Pairwise Comparison Analysis. Discover all you need to know about decision making here.
Planning Your Next Moves
In this session participants will analyse. Introduce a tool called Paired Comparison Analysis, that could possible guide us to choose best a solution. To read more about functionality to make your project a success.
Documenting Lessons Learned
Having learned these things, participants will be ready for any eventualities that may be presented.
Wrapping Up the Workshop
Each of the topics ends with an invitation for participants to schedule a time with the presenters for planning a winning strategy. Don’t ever let your skills go to waste!
