About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Join author and philosopher Damon Young for a thought-provoking discussion on his book, Immortal Gestures, alongside Patrick Stokes, Associate Professor of Philosophy.

The pair will explore the profound significance of human gestures - those fleeting, often unnoticed movements that embody our deepest thoughts, emotions, and histories. This event invites audiences to reflect on how our gestures transcend time and place, shaping our relationships and the stories we carry.

Damon Young is an award-winning philosopher and author. His fourteen books are published internationally and have been translated into twelve languages, including German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Korean, and Chinese.
