About this event
- Event lasts 3 hours
Facilitated by Mark Cameron, this masterclass provides you with the skills needed to lead teams, or a whole organisation, through a major digital initiative. It provides an applied learning experience, with students navigating through the first 90 days of leading a digital transformation.
Over a series of sessions, experience the highs, lows and common pitfalls of digital transformation projects and develop the ‘digital leadership’ skills required to deliver a successful major digital project.
You'll be exposed to real-life scenarios, panel discussions with seasoned digital transformation experts and frameworks, which have been successfully applied in practice.
