We will use a beautiful simple book by Anthony Strano, The Quest for Well-being as our guide to learn practical ways to bulid eight powers that are keys to well-being: introspection, discernment, decision-making, courage, letting go, tolerance, adjustment and co-operation. When you start to tap into these positive qualities and use them to inform your everyday life, you will become truly peaceful, freed from negativity, past and present, and filled with peace, energy and love.
