About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours
  • ALL AGES

'Pam the Bird' has recently polarised Melbourne and brought street art and graffiti back into our daily water cooler conversations. We are questioning the value of legal and illegal murals and the power they have to reclaim space and spread messages publicly.

Through this mural we are driving positive change in our local design industry and universities by translating our student's archival research into this innovative and creative project. The mural diversifies and transforms design history through an inclusive lens and amplifies the power of murals in Melbourne.

This event is also a great opportunity to celebrate Melbourne Design Week and enjoy a FREE LUNCH from Taco Truck and All Day Donuts. Everyone is welcome to attend however design students and professionals will have a great chance to network at this event.
