Join us for a sweet adventure in the world of Italian desserts! In this Italian desserts class, you'll learn how to create traditional Italian sweets that will transport your taste buds to Italy. From creamy tiramisu to decadent crostata, you'll master the art of making these delectable treats from scratch. The class will be held at 55 Bronzewing Cct, where Anna and Sara will guide you through each step. Get ready to indulge in a hands-on experience that will leave you craving more!

Have you got a sweet tooth? This class has been created just for you.

During this class you are going to prepare Anna’s Tiramisu’ with all her secrets and helpful tricks to make an exceptional authentic Italian Tiramisu’.

You’ll master how to bake a perfect pastry, preparing our Nonna’s Crostata cake with Apricot jam and with the left over pastry we are going to prepare different types of biscuits, our favourites are Bottoni(Buttons), perfect with Italian espresso coffee or afternoon Tea.

Then we’ll prepare a late afternoon tea and we’ll taste the Tiramisu’, the Crostata and the Bottoni biscuits accompanied with espresso Italian coffee, cappuccino, latte or tea.

You take home your tray of Tiramisu, Crostata and the Bottoni biscuits that you have prepared, that way you can share with your family the delicacy you made with your own hands, and you’ll get the recipe book for the class you attended.

All our recipes are hands on, you’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 14 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the necessary skills.

Mascarpone, Coffee, Savoiardi biscuits, sugar, eggs, plain flour, butter, Vanilla beans, Lemon zest, Apricot jam.

Ingredients, apron, tools, and everything you need is provided by us.

Course is suitable for any skill level.

Please come 10-15 minutes before the start time of the class.

Please wear closed in comfortable shoes.

Refund.

A full refund is available if you cancel up to 30 days before the booked class (or reschedule). NO RUFUND is available for cancellations made within 7 days of the class, however, we can offer you to book another class at a special rate of $40 or you may send someone else in your place.

Reschedule.

We understand that life could be tricky sometimes, so we offer to reschedule your class,but you need to give us at least 7 days notice prior to the class and you can reschedule up to two times.If you are suddenly unwell,or you cannot attend the class,we are happy if you send someone in your place.

To be honest, summarizing Italian cuisine in just a few classes is quite challenging; we could easily offer more than a hundred classes and still not cover half of what Italy's culinary tradition encompasses. Nevertheless, we've carefully crafted 12 distinct classes to showcase some of the most famous dishes and unique culinary experiences Italy has to offer.

We also offer classes focused on Italian Lunch, Tuscan Dinner, the art of Pane-grissini-Taralli (Bread-breadstick-Taralli), and the secrets of Pizza and Focaccia. Additionally, we have a class dedicated to mastering quick and delicious Sughi Express.
