Drum fit is a unique class that combines music, basic aerobics moves, drumsticks and fitballs for a high energy, medium intensity workout!

Different moves are set to the beat of the music, with lots of options to suit beginners as well as those looking for a challenge! With awesome music and energetic movements with the drumsticks, you'll have so much fun you'll forget you're exercising!

Please BYO fitball. Buckets and drumsticks provided.

Located upstairs at Tiwu Kumangka, in the Blackwood Community Centre.
