Relish a Vietnamese dinner with eight carefully selected wines from four countries, each presented by Australia’s leading independent wine critic Jeremy Oliver.

Discover how to pair Vietnamese and other Asian cuisines with wine.

Then relax through an exclusive performance by talented Chinese-born singer Jacey Zhang with her guitarist in the Rockin’ Purple duo, the versatile Michael Craig.

And finally, kick back as gun pianoman Simon Ross and Jacey Zhang entertain you in classic piano bar style.
