ECR Careers Compass

This Early Career Researcher (ECR) Careers Compass workshop guides you through crucial careers-thinking steps that give you stronger foundations on which you can plan your future career steps or evaluate your potential career directions. You will have the opportunity to explore and reflect on your interests, strengths, values and purpose through facilitated workbook application, peer-to-peer discussion and group sharing. The day includes a section focused on 'translating' your researcher experience and skills for non-academic sectors and roles.
