This series is a playful investigation into our own creative body and its possibility for expression.
You will consider breath, visualisation, sensation and embodied ways of connecting to self and other.
This workshop will run across two sessions. Participants are welcome to attend one or both. Classes will run for two hours, over which you will develop a deeper understanding of your body and its movement.
All materials provided. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in!

Bundoora Homestead Art Centre is the public art gallery for the City of Darebin, on Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Country. It is a centre for contemporary art, ideas, a public garden and café, housed in a Queen Anne style mansion.
