Stef Rose is a multidimensional somatic space-holder, and guide devoted to helping others come home to themselves. She has certifications in Hypnotherapy, NLP, life coaching, ancestral clearing & Breathwork under the ABA (Australian Breathwork Association).

Her work is an invitation to return to your truth, to your body, to your worthiness, and to the sacredness that already lives within you.
