About this event

  • Event lasts 4 hours

What if she knew her true strength?

In a world that often tells our girls who they should be, it’s time to connect and remind them of the truth: that they are unique, brilliant, resilient, and more than enough.

As mothers and mother-figures, we have the unique opportunity to share in their journeys, and support and empower our daughters through these formative years, helping them embrace their authentic selves with confidence and pride.

Equilibrium has partnered with The Flourish Journey for a half-day event for teenage girls and their mothers or mother-figures, during the school holidays at EQ, Melbourne's preventative wellbeing retreat.

Equilibrium is a holistic, preventative wellbeing program for the modern person. Developed alongside health and wellbeing experts, our program equips members with online education, practical learnings, and immersive experiences to succeed and carry through life.

The Flourish Journey is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting young women, and aims to help them flourish physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually, and spiritually. Our mission is to guide teenage girls on a transformative journey from feelings of powerlessness and disconnection to becoming leaders within their communities.

What's included?

  • A workshop with Helen Lewitan, Clinical Psychologist, and Head of Mental Health and Impact at The Flourish Journey.
  • EQ’s wellbeing experience: a journey through evidence-based practices, including light and sound therapy, breathwork, and hot and cold therapies (traditional sauna, cold plunge pools, heated mineral spa, and aroma steam room).
  • Snacks and refreshments.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to The Flourish Journey and will go towards investing in the lives of teenage girls across Victoria.
