Prepare for a one-of-a-kind dining experience as we bring Entre Fuegos to life—a monthly fire-cooked feast where the finest paddock-to-plate meats and produce are transformed over open flames.
Guided by Chilean Chef Luis, every dish is crafted with deep smoky flavours, vibrant colours, and that irresistible umami punch. Each plate is served individually at shared dining tables, creating an atmosphere that’s as warm and inviting as the fire itself.
🍷 Enjoy a drink on arrival, with additional drinks available for purchase throughout the evening from a boutique drinks menu with wine, craft beer and spirits.

To end the night on a high, we’re unleashing something completely unique - a show-stopping chocolate piñata that will leave you speechless.
Crafted by Kaitlyn from 31 Degrees Chocolate, this delicately made masterpiece is filled with sweet surprises, ready to be cracked open in a spectacular finish.
