  • Matt is the CEO and Founder of Easy Weddings and Venue Crew, two industry-leading platforms connecting couples and corporates with top venues and suppliers across Australia and the UK. Easy Weddings has been Australia’s No. 1 wedding planning site for 25 years which also includes e-commerce and destination weddings divisions. Matt leads a team of 65 legends and also coaches founders through the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, helping them scale with purpose. Known for her ability to blend strategy with creativity, she drives acquisition, retention, and long-term brand growth. Priya is also an industry mentor at RMIT, recognised for her leadership in customer experience and brand storytelling.

Emma Warren | Head of Social Media & Campaigns

  • As the Head of Social & Marketing Campaigns at Easy Weddings and Venue Crew, Emma leads innovative initiatives that connect engaged couples with top wedding vendors across Australia and the UK. With 10+ years' experience across social media, paid digital campaigns, content strategy, and influencer marketing, Emma has worked with a diverse portfolio of brands, from global fashion and beauty labels to hospitality and lifestyle businesses. A passionate advocate for the wedding industry (we're talking wedding-obsessed since she first watched The Wedding Planner as a kid), Emma thrives on creativity, collaboration, and data-driven strategy to help brands grow and connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

Darcy Allen | General Manager

  • With over a decade of experience in the wedding and events industry, Darcy leads our supplier marketplace and consumer products at Easy Weddings and Venue Crew. Prior to joining the team, she held senior roles at some of Melbourne’s most iconic venues, including Park Hyatt, Showtime Events Centre, and the National Trust of Australia (Victoria). Drawing on a deep understanding of both the supplier and consumer sides of the industry, Darcy is passionate about connecting couples with their perfect venues and vendors, while driving real results for wedding businesses.

Can I invite a friend or colleague?

Absolutely! If you have someone you'd like to invite, we'd love it if you brought them along. There are three tickets available for every business, but if you'd like to make a special request for more, you can email events@easyweddings.com.au and we'll see if we can allocate any more.

Where is Evolve Brisbane being held?

Evolve Brisbane will be held at Amora Hotel at 200 Creek Street in their Lawson Ballroom.

Where can I park for the Evolve event at Amora Brisbane?

Limited parking is available under Amora Hotel Brisbane via Cousins Lane off Astor Terrace. More spaces are available at First Parking, 67 Astor Terrace, which is a short walk away. Both offer affordable flat rates.

Is there a special room rate for Evolve attendees?

How do I get to Amora Brisbane by public transport?

The closest train station to Amora Hotel Brisbane is Central Station, located approximately 300 meters away—a 4-minute walk. For bus services, Wharf Street Stop 156 near Ann Street is nearby, serviced by Translink buses, including the line 411, which operates every 10 minutes.

What if I can't find where to go on the day?

No problem. Simply call the concierge at Amora Brisbane on (07) 3309 3309 and ask for the best directions from your location. Once you arrive, there will be plenty of signage inside the hotel.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel your spot, please do so via Eventbrite using the login of the person who booked tickets. That way, your ticket will be freed up for the next person on the waitlist. If you're having trouble, you can also email us at events@easyweddings.com.au.
