About this event

Since the 100th anniversary of the end of World War 1, many people have started researching the military members of their family.

During this session our volunteer Sue will share her blog, which contains links to many record repositories around the world related to military personnel. There will also be some hints for writing those stories with lots of background information, including maps and dates.

Please bring your own laptop and USB. There will be a few library laptops available if you don't have one of your own.

We ask that you please Reserve a spot or call Rosny Library on 6165 6448 if you need help making a booking. If you are no longer able to make an event, please let us know so that others don’t miss out.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Short-term parking is provided behind Rosny Library (access through C.R. Benard Drive), or in nearby car parks. Buses are available to and from Rosny bus mall which is a 2-minute walk from Rosny Library.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You don't need to bring your printed ticket to the event, but you must register (either online through Eventbrite or through Rosny Library).
