The Fermentis team is pleased to invite you to this 2023 edition of the Fermentis Academy, with the support of Doreau on 9 November 2023, from 9:00 to 12:30 pm at Voco Kirkton Park Hotel Hunter Valley, 336 Oakey Creek Rd, Pokolbin NSW 2320.

We’ll be there with you to share the latest information and answer your questions about yeast and fermentation in wine making. Our aim is to help you as a winemaker create the wine you want by understanding the fermentation world!
