Class Duration: 70 minutes
What to bring: Please bring a water bottle and a towel.
What to expect: Join us for a Fun Festive Fitness Party in the Group Fitness Studio at Harold Holt Swim Centre. Our energetic and fabulous team of instructors will lead you through fun simple dance fitness moves to super fun tunes.
There really is something for everyone. Love your Zumba? We have you covered. Never tried Body Step? Well come on down. Looking for low impact? Zumba Gold is for you! We have it all!
These classes are suitable for all fitness and experience levels, with movements adapted to suit your ability and needs. Our instructors will provide options to suit all.
There will be prizes awarded for the best dressed.
* All participants must be over the age of 16
COVID-19 conditions of entry
o You will comply with any current guidelines from the Victorian Chief Health Officer (CHO), and follow instructions of staff at all times.
o You are currently in good health.
o If you show symptoms or have been deemed a close contact, please do not attend class until you complete the required actions, as outlined by the CHO.
