About this event

This will be the FINAL Basque Cheesecake class before Saludos closes permanently on Sunday 8 June . This is a famous cheesecake from the Northern Basque region of Spain. It has no base and is cooked for a short time and a very high temperature. You will be cooking your own to sample on the day with a take home tote bag including the Basque Cheesecake Recipe and a cheesecake tin & bottle of wine.
