MASTERCLASS OVERVIEW

Managers today need to understand Finance. This involves moving beyond budgeting, and acquiring an understanding of the key concepts involved in the organization’s financial decision making. Designed for managers in non-financial roles, this masterclass will equip you with the knowledge to interpret financial statements easily, and to participate with confidence in management meetings and dialogue on the financial planning and performance of the organization.

In this masterclass you will learn the fundamentals of financial and management accounting, including financial statements, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets. Cash flow, profit margins and asset turnover will all be covered, and you will also learn about investment appraisal, financial analysis and the use of key financial performance ratios. The knowledge gained in the masterclass will enable you to take on a leadership role in a business unit , contributing to informed financial decision making within the wider organization.
