Thursday evenings are heating up with our1 hour fitness group sessions at Everleigh Park. Local personal trainer and bodybuilder Jess from Unique Physique Southside will keep you moving, building strength and conditioning each week at this free group. Remember to bring your water bottle and towel and book your weekly spot (ticket)
