This 2024 Flinders Campus Activation event has been designed to:
- Welcome Flinders staff and students to the Health and Medical Research Building (HMRB) and surrounding space
- Emphasise the cultural narrative of the design of the building and connection to Kaurna and Rainbow Yarta, recognising the need for combined knowledge to improve health and wellbeing for all.
- Hear from some of our research leaders and researchers in the building about what it means to work and collaborate in the space
- Allow staff and students to have a look at the building, work and lab space (by self-guided tour)
Weather permitting the event will be held on the lawns to the North of the building, alternatively the event will be hosted across the Level 2, Seminar and Foyer space of the building.
How to get there:
The HMRB is a short 10 minute walk from the Main and Sturt Campuses.
All Loop Bus services are available to the Flinders Station Plaza, Car Park 12.
