Having experienced the powerful effects of sound healing personally, Ania is passionate about sharing these transformative benefits with others. Through her work, she creates a healing space where individuals can reconnect, relax, and restore balance through the soothing vibrations of sound.

Yes, if you want be fully floating in the air, then it's 100kg. No, if you are ok with partially floating while using a yoga mat. Both position are very comfortable and will be shown at the beginning of the session.

Yoga mat, and small pillow for your comfort. Socks are recommended.
Something comfortable. Comfy pants or shorts are recommended as you will be getting inside the hammock. Socks are advised.
