Join me on most Saturdays in November & December at 9am in the Wicklow Town Assembly Hall for a yoga glow up!

During the busy Christmas season it's so important to take time for ourselves; to slow down, and re-charge.

Each session will be an hour long, we'll start with intention setting and some slow breathing, then we'll move into a gentle flow before we build up a little bit of heat. We'll slow down with some juicy stretching and a guided meditation to leave you glowing from the inside out.
