Join Dr Lisa for an exciting workshop exploring the intersection of ancient mythology and local wildlife!

Discover how early European settlers may have mistaken native animals for legendary creatures like the selkie or bunyip. Through storytelling, they navigated their new surroundings and created cautionary tales to teach children about its potential dangers.

In this hands-on session, kids will design their own mythological creatures, creating lift-the-flap booklets, also known as harlequinade, inspired by local wildlife.

This immersive experience blends history, creativity, and storytelling—perfect for young imaginations.

**For children aged 5 - 12 years**
