About the course
Global food systems are rapidly changing and becoming complex due to emerging food integrity issues. An ideal food supply system must ensure safe, nutritious and authentic food reaches to consumers. However, food fraud related incidents are becoming more common in food industry and global food supply chain.
This half a day course is designed to create awareness of food fraud and its drivers, high-risk foods, early warning systems, traceability, and mitigation strategies.
